Whoopsie Daisy of the Day: A Fox News report on Sarah Palin’s ambiguous presidential aspirations, which aired this morning, inadvertently used an image of Tina Fey as the former Alaska governor in lieu of, you know, Sarah Palin.

David at Crooks & Liars offers a helpful reminder that, in 2009, Fox News management instituted a zero-tolerance policy for “on-screen errors” after old footage of Sarah Palin was introduced as “pictures just coming in.”
